Welcome, friend.

I’m Remi.
I’m a marketer turned AI builder. I write, build personal software, and keep a public trail of the tools that are useful enough to survive contact with real life.
You can read the writing, browse the skills, or look at the projects.
What this site is for
This is not a portfolio homepage. It is closer to a notebook with working parts. The public side stores writing and explains the AI skills I use. The private side is the web interface for my local assistant.
The assistant runs from my Mac. It can read Garmin and Whoop data, open writing references, and eventually operate the rest of my local scripts. Public visitors can see what the tools do. They cannot run them.
Recent writing
- From marketer to builder: The useful shift was not learning syntax. It was learning how to turn ideas into working systems. (May 17, 2026)
- Personal systems beat generic apps: The best software in my life is not broad. It knows my data, my rituals, and my weird constraints. (May 16, 2026)
- The fitness dashboard I wanted: Garmin has one truth. Whoop has another. I wanted the morning decision in one place. (May 15, 2026)
AI skills and scripts
- Fitness dashboard: A private dashboard that reads Garmin and Whoop JSON files from the Mac and turns them into a morning decision view.
- Garmin and Strava pipeline: Scripts that sync Garmin health metrics, update training templates, generate reports, and enrich Strava descriptions.
- Race pacer: A race planning skill that turns GPX elevation and target time into pacing, splits, and nutrition.
- Video creative analyzer: A workflow for extracting hooks, messaging, visual style, and performance tags from paid social video ads.
- Writing voice: A calibration skill for drafting in my actual voice instead of generic AI prose.
Projects
- Creative library: A structured system for analyzing paid social videos and turning messy assets into searchable creative intelligence.
- Fitness dashboard: Garmin and Whoop in one morning view for training decisions.
- Local AI assistant: A private web interface for the custom skills and scripts already living on my Mac.
Idea corner
- A private assistant that can use the tools already living on my computer.
- A fitness dashboard that answers whether I should push or recover today.
- A creative library that turns messy paid social videos into searchable strategy.
- A public notebook for the marketer-to-builder transition.
